We start with how far in advance to plan your visit to Hawaii and how many days are recommended to spend at Aulani. We talk about various times of the year to go and one very special time of year, New Year’s Eve, that the locals highly recommend experiencing. Then, we get into the travel details, including flights to Hawaii and transportation around the island of Oahu. Angie’s most recent visit was March 2024, and she shares the fun activities that her family did around Oahu and a helpful resource (linked below), the Shaka app, in guiding them around the island.

Angie and Michele share what made them fall in love with Aulani and why they keep returning to this magical resort. We share some Disney design details about the resort and then talk about the various room types and views.

There is no shortage of activities at Aulani, though Michele shares how she often simply relaxes poolside, which sounds heavenly! Angie and Michele share their favorite activities and what they’d recommend to first-time visitors of Aulani.

Dining of course is always an important topic at any Disney resort, including Aulani! We discuss how far in advance you can book table service restaurants. Angie and Michele share their favorite restaurants and what their favorite foods were that they enjoyed on their last visits. Angie also shares details about her family’s experience at the Luau next to Aulani.
